Le Diable restaurant established on January 10th, 1987 in the City of Alaminos, Pangasinan. It was founded by Jericho. The restaurant was named Le Diable because it is located more than 180 feet below the earth's surface.

Chef and educator Danico Marco graduated as valedictorian of The Restaurant School of Philippines Food Collage, Manila, Philippines.

Mara Teresa

Co-found, Chef

Mara Teresa obtained his first professional chef qualification in 2000. She then proceeded to get the Bachelor's Degrees in Culinary Arts.
