About Us

since 1987

“Real cooking is more about following your heart than following recipes.”

– Unknown

Le Diable restaurant began on January 10th, 1987 in the City of Alaminos, Pangasinan. It was founded by Jericho. The restaurant was named Le Diable because it is located more than 180 feet below the earth's surface.

Natural skylights within the cave give diners an unparalleled view of the constellations. The stars combined with flickering candles perched along the cave walls create an enchanting and romantic atmosphere. Outside, you might even hear the incoming tides of the Ocean.

The restaurant specializes in seafood, though it offers a wide-ranging menu with Filipino influences. You can visit Le Diable in Manila, Pangasinan, Iloilo, Davao and many more. Come and visit us to experience unique and extraordinary setting.
